Gentlemen's Quarters Formalwear is a proud member of the International Formalwear Association.
All you need to do is get measured at any local formalwear store/tailor and enter your measurements here. Your tuxedo will be ready and waiting for your “Final Fitting” on Thursday or Friday, the week of the event. (Please see hours on Home Page of site for each location.)
***Please DO NOT try to measure yourself.*** Print this Measurement Form and take it to your local formalwear center or tailor for professional help. Then enter the measurements into this form and select submit. This service is offered as a courtesy at most tuxedo chains.
***IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that all measurements are done by a professional, and are as accurate as possible.
YOU are responsible for the measurements & information you send to us.
If Gentlemen's Quarters needs to re-pull your entire order (if available) due to inaccurate measurements, there will be a $75 additional fee added at time of pick up.

There is a $50 LATE FEE assessed to all individuals' whose measurements & deposits are not in by the due date. Please reach out to the Bride/Groom or give us a call for due date info.

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE CLICK THE "SUBMIT BUTTON" once you have filled out the measurement form. You will then be re-directed to a "Success" page where you must then click the "PAY NOW" button.
You'll be directed to Paypal's secure page for leaving your $100 deposit towards your tuxedo rental (+$4 transaction fee). You DO NOT NEED a Paypal account, either use your Paypal Login info, or just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card option.

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A $100 DEPOSIT. (+$4 transaction fee as of 2/13/24)
Please have a valid I.D. present for pick up. *You will also need a credit/debit card* upon pick up for security on your rental. All rentals require a card on file, you may still pay with cash.
You will NOT receive an automated confirmation email. You may use your paypal deposit receipt for your records. If you selected in the form "YES" for wanting an email reminder, that gets sent to you the week of the event, reminding you to come in for try on and pick up Thursday or Friday (See Hours on Home Page of site for each location.)

A copy of your rental contract will be given to you upon pick up of your tuxedo, or you may request one by emailing us at info@GFTUX.com
